When we agree a mutually convenient date and time with you for your meeting we will record this on to our systems. If this is more than five working days in the future we will send you a reminder by your preferred communication option closer to the date.
If your circumstances change and for any reason you can’t make this meeting, please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com or calling the office on 01905 779697. We will then look to re-arrange this for a new date and time. If you are unable to attend a review meeting and we are unaware, there may be occasions where we have to send your review documents to you via our online portal or post, as they may already have been completed. We will then contact you to schedule in your next review. Thank you.
