It has come to our attention that certain claims management companies (CMCs) are indiscriminately targeting customers of Quilter through social media and via phone alleging compensation is owed from Quilter for ongoing advice services.
As your SN Adviser has provided you with ongoing advice and not Quilter, or one of its appointed representatives, these claims about Quilter advice charges are not relevant to you.
We want to assure you that steps are being taken by Quilter to address this issue. Quilter has confirmed to us that these CMCs are not authorised to act on their behalf, nor have they provided them with access to your personal data.
