Director of Operations & Compliance, Justin Neale, has been awarded the Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership. The course is designed to develop management skills to strengthen strategic implementation and drive positive, transformational change. Subject areas include inter-organisational strategic planning, strategic direction, culture and communication.
Justin said, “After completing the Level 5 Extended Diploma qualification a few years ago, I knew that embarking on the Level 8 course would provide knowledge and guidance that I could draw upon almost immediately. The CMI courses are designed to build upon real experiences and work scenarios to develop and prepare managers for a variety of business situations. This has been invaluable, especially with the current world climate, and our successful adaptation to the Coronavirus pandemic which has led to a lot of strategic decision making in a short space of time”.
