Oli Wins National Financial Services Apprentice of the Year!

We’re absolutely delighted to share some fantastic news – our very own Oliver (Oli) Giles won the Financial Services Administrator Apprentice of the Year at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Personal Finance Society (PFS) Apprenticeship Awards 2025!
The awards ceremony, held at Central Hall Westminster, 17th October 2025, was a wonderful celebration of emerging talent across the financial services profession. It was a real honour to be there, surrounded by so many inspiring individuals and forward-thinking firms championing the next generation of professionals in our industry.

While we were thrilled to see Oli recognised, we can’t say we were surprised. From the moment he joined us as a Financial Services Administrator Apprentice in 2023, Oli has shown an incredible level of commitment, curiosity, and professionalism. He completed his apprenticeship with distinction earlier this year and is now well on his way to becoming a qualified paraplanner – a remarkable achievement in such a short space of time.
Stuart Neale, Managing Director, said:
“We couldn’t be prouder of Oli. He’s bright, diligent and driven – exactly the kind of talent that shows what’s possible with the right attitude and support. Seeing him win this award was a genuine highlight for us as a business.”
A Great Day to Be Part of SN Financial
For us at SN Financial, this award is about more than individual recognition – it’s about celebrating the value of apprenticeships, the importance of nurturing potential, and the future of our profession. Watching emerging talent like Oli grow, contribute and thrive reminds us why we’re passionate about investing in people.
It truly was a great day to be part of, and we couldn’t be happier to see Oli’s hard work and dedication rewarded on such a prestigious stage.
A huge congratulations once again to Oli from all of us at SN Financial – we can’t wait to see what’s next for him!
